Tim is a 24 year veteran of the United States Air Force who excelled for 20 years in healthcare executive positions and 4 years in human resource and management analyst positions.  He is currently the Head of School for a thriving private school in western Colorado.  Tim has an exceptional background in project management, process improvement, and organizational leadership and development.  He has an earned doctorate in educational leadership from Liberty University having completed research on improving upper school transfer student outcomes.
